        Fort Drum would like to thank the staff at Celtic Energy for their support of our recently awarded ESPC contract with Trane Company.    I feel we have a very good contract with our ESCO that will yield energy and maintenance savings, while bringing in new technologies.

       Your guidance in the process, ensuring that technical and contract concerns were addressed, was invaluable. In particular, your firm’s review of the AECOM building energy models proved invaluable in pointing out errors in analysis and providing corrections to the inputs/outputs.

       Due to elements opposing this project, our fast track detailed energy study became much more challenging.  However, your assessment and endorsement of Trane‘s final proposal at the 24 November 09 review meeting proved invaluable.  I believe your presentation of the facts about the proposed project answered the skeptics' concerns, and convinced our senior management of the value of the project.

        Sending Agostino Dell'Oso to serve as an advisor during the final negotiations showed your commitment to the successful outcome of the ESPC project.

        Again, thanks for a job well done to Augie Dell'Oso and the rest of the staff at Celtic Energy.  We enjoyed working with you and would not hesitate to use Celtic Energy as our facilitator at our next round of ESPC contracting.
