M&V Plans

The Celtic Energy Team has over 125-years of combined experience, working with clients in the educational, municipal, and corporate industry.  This expertise gives CEI an advantage in providing Measure & Verification Services to a wide-variety of clients. These services include:

  • The development of M&V Plans for ISO Forward Capacity Market programs.

  • Oversight of the Energy Savings Company (ESCO) and vendor proposals to ensure accuracy of energy savings claims

  • Review of the ESCO's proposal and performance will be conducted before and after installation inspections.
