Scope:
Celtic Energy was selected
to provide Third Party quality assurance of The Nevada Department of Human
Resources West Charleston Campus' first ESPC contract. Duties include project
expediting, due diligence review of Initial Proposals and Detailed Energy
Surveys, including; savings calculations, monitoring and verification plans,
O&M, training, and EH&S plans prior to execution of an expected $5+
million dollar contract. We will also review design plans, equipment
submittals, etc. and assist in negotiating these issues, among others in Final
Contract Award. Post-contract duties will include monitoring of the selected
ESCO's M&V, commissioning, and training plan execution.
Energy conservation measures to be implemented include:
- Replace 35 year old HVAC
- Add campus wide HVAC controls
- Lighting retrofits
- Trash compaction
- Xeriscaping
